About Universal Projects Limited
Universal Projects Limited is a strategic unit and its main operations are Road and Construction works.
The organization has undertaken a number of projects, which included commercial building schools, labour supply contracts, installation of ductile iron pipe, site preparation, inter alia.
It has been involved in renowned projects of which a few is mentioned hereunder:

• The New Beetham Waste Water Treatment Plant
• Phoenix Park Gas Project
• 24" Gas Line (Beechfield to Point Lisas)

Universal Projects Limited was founded by the Managing Director, Mr. Louis John-Williams on July 27th, 1999. The Managing Director (and major shareholder) has been involved in the construction industry for well over twenty six (26) years. He is committed to shaping the vision of the organization and ensuring that its structure has a well-designed mix of suitably qualified individuals.
Our company continues to strive for excellence through upgrading of facilities and qualities of staff. We also carry heavy construction equipment and have alliance with another related company, Specialised Rental Limited.
